Loveboat
This "jam session" is two jazzy chords played over and over for you to relax and learn to improvise in the right hand.
Step 1
Play the left hand chords only 
in time with the music
Step 2
Add A, Bb & C in the right hand
in any combination.
Step 3
Play any notes from
the F major scale.
The Blues
This "jam session" is a C7 chord played over and over for you to get down all funky and play some blues.
Step 1
"Stab" away with the left hand chord only
in time with the music.
Step 2
Add F, Ab, Bb & B (natural) 
in the right hand.
Tip: Always play an Bb after the B.
Step 3
Play any notes from the blues scale.
Tip: Always play a Bb or C after the B.
